How this pilot handles invitations, submissions and publication requests.

What we collect

Registration asks for your name, email, connection to Vuda and participation interests. Phone, organisation and a short message are optional. Submission forms ask for contact details and the information needed to review a listing, notice or request.

Please do not send identity documents, financial details, exact private berths, confidential community discussions or restricted cultural material.

What becomes public

Registration is private. Sending a form does not create a public profile, publish a notice, appoint a council member or subscribe you to marketing. We will confirm public wording and the appropriate authority before publishing submitted content.

Where information goes

Forms are stored on the Bulawebs hosting server in a private project inbox. Access is restricted to site administrators. Responses are reviewed manually; no automated email confirmation or newsletter is sent by this version.

The site uses a necessary session cookie for forms and a temporary hashed network identifier to limit spam. That identifier expires from the form database after 24 hours when intake is next used. Public resource links take you to other organisations’ sites. Choosing to load the AIS map can connect your browser to external map services.

Changes, removal and retention

Use the form below to request access, a correction or removal. Include your registration reference or the relevant page address where possible. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the person concerned.

Unused registration and submission records will be reviewed at the end of the pilot. You can ask for removal earlier; the site does not publish a public member list.

Cultural material

Permission from an individual may not settle the right to publish shared cultural knowledge. Stories, images, recordings and translations need the appropriate approval for the particular material and intended use.
